Working with Rishworth Aviation - Engineering

For Engineers and Maintenance Crew registering with Rishworth Aviation, Ian Harman will be your primary contact. Ian has a great deal of experience within general engineering fields, having spent many years as a hands-on engineer at some of the UK's major blue-chip companies, including completing his aeronautical apprenticeship at Marshall Aerospace in the UK. Ian has assisted engineering candidates to secure licensed and unlicensed engineering and maintenance jobs with some of the world's major airlines and MRO's, including KLM, Cargolux, Lufthansa, Air Berlin and Easyjet.

Gretchen Rhodes has been working with contracting Aircraft Engineers for over 10 years. Gretchen qualified in Law and Psychology, and practised Law in Christchurch and London prior to joining Rishworth Aviation in 2001. Gretchen has managed contracts for clients throughout the Asia Pacific region and enjoys the international nature of our business assisting pilots and engineers from all corners of the world.
