I'm Thomas Rabone and have been with Rishworth since 2006. I have a background in commercial law (focussing on cross-border transactions), and have also been involved in the mining industry. I am Gretchen Williams, Regional Manager in our Auckland office for India, the Pacific Islands and Brunei. My name is Jack Priest. I have been a Senior Consultant at Rishworth's head office in Auckland for the last 15 years. I have wide experience in the field of professional pilot recruitment and have an in depth knowledge on airlines' management of flight operations.

China: My name is Jim Zhang, Consultant in China based in Shanghai and developing business in the rapidly growing China aviation market. Born in China, I moved to New Zealand in the mid 90s. I have 14 years experience in the Travel & Tourism industry in both China and New Zealand, and prior to joining Rishworth in late 2007 I worked for Air New Zealand as Project Manager of China and South East Asia. India: Vinod Suri recently joined the Rishworth Aviation team as Senior Advisor based in Mumbai after retiring as GM Finance at Air India. Mr Suri has qualifications in accountancy and law and extensive industry experience spanning 30 years in various finance roles with Air India in Hong Kong, Nairobi, New York and of course India. Mr Suri assists RAL in all areas of our business in India including liaison with our airline clients, supporting our pilots on assignment, and business development.

Japan: For the past 3.5 years Ms Ishikawa has provided pilot support and pilot management to the Rishworth Aviation pilots in Miyazaki. Ms Ishikawa is a registered interpreter and has successfully reduced airline administration requirements to manage ex-pat pilots. Ms Ishikawa is available to support ex-pat pilots for other Japanese airlines.

Japan: Tera san recently joined the Rishworth team after the retirement of Mike Sano. Terashima san has over 30 years experience in the airline business, working in cargo, engineering, training, sales and marketing, and general management roles. Tera san most recently worked for Blue Pacific Tour and Air New Zealand. Tera san has extensive Japanese airline knowledge and is assisting Rishworth to establish and grow their presence in Japan.
