Our aim is to secure Rishworth crews the best possible package on offer from our clients. The term of placements can vary from a few months to five years, depending on the airline's preferences. We pride ourselves on having loyal and long-serving contractors, who have developed excellent long term contracting careers with us. All applicants must be qualified pilots, flight engineers (on multi-engine jet aircraft),
licensed ground engineers / technical ground staff or cabin attendants.
Personnel must be licensed by an ICAO-recognised country, as applicable
Personnel become contractors of Rishworths but are subject to the operational control
and procedures established by the client airline
Once registered with us, every six months you need to keep us up to date with your latest qualifications and flight hours. That way you don't miss out on any opportunities.
